Paceline Chamois Butt’r Review

Paceline Chamois Butt’r review, and don’t you dare to laugh!

I must admit when I was first introduced to this product I was really reluctant to even get an explanation for what it does. My friend told me that he is addicted to it and I kept laughing and laughing while calling him derogatory names, that I won’t repeat here. Eventually I noticed that my friend was always much more comfortable than I after 60 mile rides, so I asked him: “Doesn’t your butt hurt?”. He said, “remember I told you about that cream that you kept laughing about? Maybe it’s time you gave it a try.” So I swallowed my pride and reluctantly tried it on my next ride. Since that day, I am also addicted to it.

So what is it all about? The purpose of any Chamois cream is to improve riding comfort by lubricating your sensitive areas around the saddle. While riding at a cadence of 80 per minute, after 3 hours of riding your body repeats the same motion 14,400 times. So, any lubrication to the area will help prevent numbness, chafing, and rubbing. By lubricating, you are softening the chamois and your skin thus preventing discomfort. I could never imagine that it would make such a huge difference. I will not go into the details of how much to put and where, because that is too descriptive and you can figure it out yourself. My advice, put a lot on, it really helps.

Another great feature of Paceline Chamois Butt’r is that it is water based and easily washes out with soap and water. It even works on synthetic or leather chamois. I sometimes use it while mountain biking. I found out it’s great for any type of long ride.

I know it’s sounds like a scene from Marlon Brando’s Last night in Paris, but put some butt’r – you’re gonna love it.
